At this complete reconstruction and modernization the basic concept was to create such a space where every room is equal, so even the person in the kitchen could enjoy the company of others sitting in the living room. The bedroom upstairs is not only a few square meters, but thank to the glass wall you can enjoy a great view and a commodious space. At the same time we solved the problem of early morning noises in the kitchen.

Work is still under process, the dining furniture and the colorful accessories will be placed in later on.

We had to develop a 36 square meters flat to be a temporary home of 3-4 people. We completely reconstructed the inner spaces and thank to the high inner altitude we could increase the floorspace to 61 square meters, providing enough space for two bedrooms, a kitchen and dining room, a living room and a bathroom.

Shaping up the heating system was an important aspect. As the flat will not be used permanently, we wanted an effective way to heat up the whole flat in a short time.
